Services and Refund Terms
Shared Hosting : Hostigger offers a Seven (7) day money- back guarantee for Hostigger's managed shared, and reseller hosting services only. This money-back guarantee only applies to fees paid for hosting services and does not apply to administrative fees, install fees for custom software or other setup fees, or to any fees for any other additional services. The fee for the days you use the service is deducted and the remaining fee is refunded.
Domain : There are no refunds on domain name services.
SSL : There are no refunds on SSL services.
VDS : There are no refunds on virtual dedicated servers.
Cloud Server : There are no refunds on cloud servers.
VPS : There are no refunds on (Cheap VPS, KVM VPS, Memory-Optimized, CPU-Optimized, Storage-Optimized, Multi-VPS) virtual private servers.
Dedicated Server : There are no refunds on dedicated servers
